Cancellation Policy

We understand that there will be genuine reasons when you decide to cancel an order. Customers can cancel order before delivery or during delivery. Once the delivery is accepted the customer can apply for Return and Refunds in case there are any grievances.

Cancelling an Order:

You can cancel the order in following ways:

On the App: Go to My Account > Select Orders > Click on Cancel Order. You will be notified if your request is accepted

You may also cancel your order before delivery by calling our support number 8082520076

Cancelling order on Delivery:

During order delivery, Resource Chemists delivery team requests every customer to verify the contents and provide an acknowledgement confirming the correctness and completeness of the order.
In case of any discrepancies including tampered order box or contents, please alert the delivery team or call us on our support number 8082520076 for resolution.
Once the order is verified and acknowledged by the customer, the order in full or part cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the delivered order which is highly unlikely.
Refunds will be accepted only for defective and incorrect deliveries.
All refunds will be added to customer account and will be adjusted in next immediate purchase bill.

Suitability of materials.

We do not give any assurance that the materials provided or available to you on or through this website/mobile application are suitable for your requirements or that they will be secure, error or virus free and we will have no liability in respect of those materials.

Mobile application availability.

This mobile application is provided free of charge and we make no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of the website/mobile application or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.

Age Restrictions:

We only accept Prescription Orders from customers who are 18 years old or over although they may order prescriptions for persons who are under 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally eligible to contract.

Residency:

We accept Orders from and dispatch orders to addresses in selected locations in India. Serviceable pin code list is subjected to change from time to time.

Binding agreement:

No Order placed by you will be binding on us until we have confirmed the order to you by phone, email or in writing. We reserve the right to reject any order. All orders are delivered subject to receipt of valid prescription and availability.
